1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kreo.chat (the “Service”), or by authenticating with our third-party provider (Clerk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Kreo Chat uses large language models (LLMs) which can and do generate information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. All AI-generated content is for informational and brainstorming purposes only. You should never rely exclusively on AI-generated content for critical business, legal, or financial decisions. You assume all risk associated with using AI-generated content.

3. Accounts

You must use a valid account from our authentication provider (Clerk) to use the Service. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service is offered on a freemium and subscription basis. Phase 1 is free; access to subsequent phases requires a paid "Pro" subscription. Payments are processed securely through Paystack. Due to the immediate nature of our digital service and API costs, we do not offer refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal and will retain access until the end of your paid billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the performance of the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis. In no event shall Kreo Chat be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
